Estepona town was founded 500 years ago & is a 15 minute walk. It is still traditionally Spanish with almost no souvenir shops. We are close to Marbella, Puerto Banus & Gibraltar. U/g parking available & Airport collection available. Owners live close by.

    Telephone call box is opposite. Internet cafe is 8 mins walk. Apartment is very centrally located for the Port & Beach (both 5 minutes walk). Wonderful views of the gardens, pool, Marina & Mediterranean from the 15 sq. mt. Terrace. No traffic noise. Estepona, whilst not being as famous as some of its neighbours (Marbella; Fuengirola; Puerto Banus; Torremolinas) is very understated and charming. Very Spanish with lovely plazas & twisty cobbled streets.     30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

    Balance in cash (euros) on arrival.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 60 euros / week fee..
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 euros extra will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
