    1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1). King-sized bed (can be split); double hanging & shelved wardrobes. Ceiling light / fan; view over garden to sea. Door to shower room en suite. A z-bed can be fitted in the living room. Ideal for children or an adult. Bear in mind only WC is in shower room that is en suite, although in an emergency, there is another toilet just outside the apartment.

    There is a great view of the Mediterranean with low built villas in the foreground. Swimming pool & gardens are immediately in front of you. Wonderful views of the gardens, pool & Mediterranean from the terrace.

    Telephone calls (inbound) and WI-FI now available (6e / week) Apartment is very centrally located for the Port/Beach (5 mins drive/12 mins walk). No traffic noise. 8 mins drive to the old town of Estepona. Use our 8 meter HEATED pool and half acre gardens to truly relax and unwind. Beautifully presented at all times.

    Distances
    • Gibraltar Airport is 35 mins, Malaga Airport is 1 hour, Jerez Airport is 1 hour 45 mins, Fuengirola Train Station is 40 mins.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are about 10 golf courses within a 25 min drive. Closest (Estepona Golf - 18 holes) and Los Almendros (9 - holes) are each a 10 minute drive.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Great choice of restaurants + bars at the Port (a 5 minute drive) with a few shops. Larger selection of both in the town (a 8-10 minute drive). 8 minute walk to two lovely local restaurants. There is also a new 5* hotel a 12 minute walk away. 20 minutes from Puerto Banus. Easy drive to Ronda, Cadiz, Seville, Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, and Gibraltar. Marbella is 30 minutes away. Estepona, whilst not being as famous is very understated and charming. Very Spanish with lovely plazas & twisty cobbled streets.
    • Beach surface is fine sand. 12 minute walk. Our closest beach is fairly non-descript. The best beach in the area is Playa del Cristo (5 mins drive) which is a cove with almost no gradient. 2 restaurant/bars with toilets open Easter to late summer. Ideal for children & unsure swimmers. Easy walk to Port.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
    Balance in cash (euros) on arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for €50.00 EURO (Oct-April) per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
