• Almeria Airport is a 40 minute drive away.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 3 golf courses with 2 more being built.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Serria Nevada Ski resorts are about an hours drive inland. You can ski in the morning and play golf or relax on the beach in the afternoon.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a local supermarket within a 10 minute walk and there is a big shopping centre and multiplex cinema about a 5 minute drive away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and boat lift. Apartment has views of Mediterranean. A selection of beautiful beaches are in Almerimar. From the apartment the beach is a 10 minute walk. Next to this beach is Europe's second largest marina filled with fantastic boats. Mooring rates are very competitive and lower than other areas.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
