1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The double bedroom consists of a bed 135 cm by 190 cm, a trunk, and a clothes standard.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). There are two single beds size 90 cm by 200 cm, a big wardrobe, and a chair.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub and one basin.
You have a marvellous views on the Poqueira Valley, the village of Bubion and by clear weather the Mediterranean sea and even the mountains of Africa!
There is an open fireplace and central heating system.
• Granada airport is 75 km. Malaga airport 170 km. Train station, nearest Granada, 75 km.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Motril golf course is nearly 1 hour drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is a two hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the village there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, internet connection, cashpoint, horse riding, museum, tourist shops.
• From Bubion it is a 45 km drive to the Mediterranean Sea.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
