Located on a wonderful spot in Bubión. It is built in typical Alpujarreñan style. It is stylishly decorated with a antique and modern furniture. When the weather is very clear you even can admire the sight of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Africa.

The house has a central heating system and an open fireplace. There are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub, a spacious living room with a beautiful terrace (over 25 m2) facing south-west. Sometimes sheep will be grazing on the field in front of the house.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
