More Information

This prestigious complex is in a quiet area on the seafront yet it is only two minutes from the marina and port area of Puerto de la Duquesa. There you will find numerous shops and bars. There are some great restaurants with cuisine from France, Italy, Thailand, China, India, Scandinavia, Great Britain and Ireland as well as Spain. There’s a shop to rent DVDs, fishing gear and bikes. It is about one hour's drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar. The marina has more than 300 berths. There are no high rise hotels here to spoil the view. The blue flag beach stretches as far as Sabanillas and on to Estepona. On the other side, it winds around the coast to Sotogrande.

• Gibraltar Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Gibraltar is closest but the popular Malaga airport is only 60 minutes drive and Jerez is an hour and a half. Transfers can be arranged.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
We take payment in Euros in Spain or Ireland or pounds sterling in the UK. Cheque or bank deposit or transfer. Credit card payment can be arranged for a small fee

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 15.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
