There are beautiful terraces, patios and walled gardens where you can completely relax and unwind. 10 minutes walk away there is a restaurant, bar, shop, communal swimming pool, children's swimming pool and children's play area. There are many open areas for walking.

    You can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the scenery in a multitude of places. Have morning tea on the bedroom balcony, sunbathe by the fantastic pool, eat lunch surrounded by flowers and plants, light up the barbecue and eat al-fresco on the terraces, sip a gin and tonic on the balcony and watch the sunset and at night smell the fragrance of the jasmine and gaze at the sparkling lights over Mijas and Fuengirola. To the right of the villa you can see the town of Fuengirola and the sea beyond.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 Euros per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
