There is an open plan lounge and dining room with good quality modern and antique furnishings and there is central heating in all rooms. Large sliding doors lead to a pretty terrace where you can relax on sun loungers, eat al-fresco or watch the beautiful sunset. There is a 10 minute walk to the restaurant, bar, shop, communal swimming pool, children's swimming pool and children's play area. There are many open areas for walking.

    You can relax and chill out on the terrace by the swimming pool or the terrace area leading from the lounge. One of the bedrooms has its own private balcony with stunning views all round. In the winter months it is possible to see the snowcapped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. To the right of the apartment you can see the town of Fuengirola, the sea beyond and the silhouettes of the sailing boats.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 EUROS PER HOUR.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
