1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a bed with a very good mattress, a wardrobe, a cupboard. The room is east orientated: you wake up with the sun rising over the mountains! Bathroom en suite.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has a wardrobe and an easy chair. En suite bathroom shared with master bedroom.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The house has a mountain view.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 55.00euros/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
