1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Enormous master bedroom, tastefully decorated. En-suite marble bathroom. Furnishings of the highest quality. Electric massage chair for complete relaxation. Private balcony with two sun loungers. Digital safe is installed hair dryer is provided. Dressing table and 3 lamp shades.

Bedroom

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Generous sized guest bedroom with large wardrobes. Private balcony with round glass/metal table. There is a dressing table, 3 lamp shades, and chairs. Has its own seperate balcony.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable top quality three seater sofa bed sleeps two. There is also a seperate folding bed for one person.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.

Costa Del Golf 15 min drive to at least ten international golf courses including the following golf courses:- Aloa Brisas Naranjos Quinta Dama de Notche for night golf The alternative known name for the Costa del Sol is the Costa Del Golf. Within the length of this cost, there are over fifty golf courses for all tastes, styles, budgets and facilities. There are the challenging and the less challenging. You would be completely spoilt for choice. Some courses are hilly and the others flat park land courses with shady trees. The golf clubs are available for any one to enter and play and to use all their facilities without membership restrictions but on daily entrance fees for about 40 Euro for 18 holes... The golf clubs offers eating, drinking and relaxing areas in the club houses, buggies, and all your needs to rent or buy from their shops. The courses are normally much less crowded than would be expected and of good value.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
Payment: We suggest it to be by a sterling personal cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or Euro. Breakages/Security Deposit: A deposit of £250 or 400 euro is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you after inspection within maximum of three days after departure by cheque in sterling or euro. This deposit is expected to be paid with the last payment for rent.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 8.20.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
