Sliding glass doors lead from the spacious Great Room to the wraparound deck, an ideal spot for reading, picnicking, or just whiling away the hours. The Great Room features a native stone fireplace - just the place for warming up on those cool mountain nights. Gather 'round for a cup of steaming cocoa, an Irish Coffee, or whatever suits your taste. Twenty-seven inch TV with VCR and dvd players are provided for family evenings, with a healthy library of movies for your enjoyment.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

100 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 200.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
