360 view from the upper floor. See the Atlantic Ocean. Look over the fields of Anegada to the distant islands of Virgin Gorda and Tortola. Great sunrises and sunsets. Great views of the night sky!
Three permanent beach umbrellas provide shade for villa guests at the beach. Six comfortable beach chairs provided. We assist with provisioning, transportation needs, and more.
• The small Anegada airport is about 1 mile away. The ferry dock is about 5 miles from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Some restaurants are within 10 minutes walk. Others are about a 10 minute drive. The few groceries on the island are about 10-15 minutes drive because of the unpaved roads.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. You are about 75 feet from the ocean. Loblolly Bay is a long sweeping arc about 3/4 mile long. Lavenda Breeze is midway in the arc. At either end are pleasant informal beach bars that serve lunch and cold drinks. Swimming is easy from anywhere along the beach. Enter anywhere to start snorkeling. There is an extensive reef (the Horseshoe Reef, 25 miles long) that protects Anegada and its beaches. This also provides incredible, unspoiled snorkeling.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
