There is a central unit with electric oven and gas stove and in a corner, a fireplace with a grill.
Board games are at your disposal.
The wash-house is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, iron and iron board and an additional refrigerator for the drinks.

The house has beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. It is quiet and restful with charming surroundings. There is a covered terrace with a large wooden table – very pleasant for al fresco dining in summer. The garden is strewn with olive trees, vines, lavenders, rose bushes, a fig tree, a giant rosemary bush, thyme and basil. There is a superb pizza oven, also useful for grills.
An outside shower allows you to refresh yourself in the open air.
In the cellar, two mountain bikes are available.
A car is essential.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.

Cancellation fee:
- 1 month before arrival : 60% of the deposit
- Between 30 days and 15 days before arrival : full amount of the deposit
- Between 15 days and 7 days before arrival : 60% of the total amount.
- Between 7 days and 1 day before arrival : 80% of the total amount.
- No show : the entire amount
