Fabulous panoramic views every where you look! A 3 level 3 deck 2700 sq. ft. home with amazing views of the lake from virtually every room in the house!. The decks are large, the bedrooms are large and there is even heated tile flooring in the two top floor bathrooms. There is a very large private dock (16' x 24') and did we mention over 100' of lakefront just steps from the doors! The kitchen is maple with black appliances, with a centre island including seating for 6, a double sink, wine rack and of course views of the lake. This House is just over 2 years new.

This house was built to take advantage of the 180º views of Shuswap lake looking south. The spectacular view of the lake is enhanced by the views of the hills and mountains that provide the background to the lake. A pristine rural lakefront setting that is still within driving distance of numerous amenities.

• Kamloops Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Kelowna International Airport is about 2 1/4 hours away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 120 minute(s). Currently the drive to Sun Peaks and Silver Star is approximately the same, about 2 hours.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The North Shore Inn, Pub and restaurant in St. Ives is only 5 minutes away, however shopping and a wider selection of restaurants is located in Scotch Creek about a 20 minute drive.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. The dock is immediately in front of the house and has a ramp from the beach to the dock. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby and Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: The world famous Adams River Salmon run in September and October is approximately a 25 minute drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of to be discussed prior to rental confirmation may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
