This Condo Unit is located between the Gulf of Mexico and the Inter-coastal Waterway.It has a heated pool and plenty of lounge chairs around the pool area. The Condo is steps to the beach and Bridge Street Fishing Pier. Trolley runs throughout the island daily and it's FREE! This in itself is an adventure. The location is close to many restaurants including The Beach-house, directly across the street where you can enjoy music, a drink and the Gorgeous Sunsets! Great walking area. No need to use the car if you don't want to. 2 hours to Disney.

    • Tampa Airport approx 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Bradenton/Sarosota approx. 20 minutes. There is a Trolley that runs the island so that you needn't ever get into your car.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Less than 8 miles away from the nearest golf course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short walk to Bridge Street Pier and shopping area. Also, shopping plaza about 4 miles down the beach.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. One minute from Bradenton Beach and backing onto the Intercoastal Waterway. The Sunsets are really beautiful. Just walk across the street. There are beach chairs and towels provided in the unit.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
