In a quiet residential area, Villa Stefna is set in immaculate lawns and gardens of exotic palms, lemon trees, roses and colourful geraniums. The ground floor of the owners house, the apartment is spacious and well equipped and has private poolhouse. There are sea views from the gardens and use of a lovely pool with Roman steps and diving boards (the owner very occasionally uses the pool). Villa Stefna is set on a hillside about 1km above the lively town of Golfe Juan. Within walking distance are shops, bars and supermarkets. Restaurants with colourful parasols run the length of the beach to the neighbouring town of Juan les Pins. Golfe Juan has a railway station and bus service between the nearby resorts of Cannes and Antibes. Just inland Vallauris is famous for pottery and the museum of its one time resident, Pablo Picasso. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
