This apartment accommodates four people (with an additional sofa bed in the lounge), as well as garage parking. It is in one of three low rise buildings which have been furnished to a very high standard. There is a large terrace with table for six people plus two teak steamer chairs overlooking the swimming pool. It is situated just outside Antibes with antique markets and provençal markets held daily with local foods, vegetables and fruits. Antibes is buzzing with cafés, bars and restaurants, with a yacht marina and a sandy bay, and on the fringe of Juan-les-Pins with beach side restaurants and shops. Facing south-west, the balcony catches the sun from early to mid-afternoon, making it perfect for a leisurely lunch or dinner at the table. The apartment is within a security protected complex within walking distance of the old town. There is a well equipped kitchen and the main double bedroom has en-suite facilities. Garage. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
