The property is facing to south-west. You can have sun-bathing in afternoon sun. There are also beautiful landscaped gardens (broad shaded pedestrian walk-path of palm trees, olive trees, Japanese garden and local regional trees etc) in the surrounding of Les Jardins d'Antibes.
