Vacation home for rent near to Dickenson Bay beach and close to town
This is a 2 double bedroomed guest house close to St Johns, and Dickinson Bay in the Friars Hill residential area. The house sleeps 2-4 people and is air conditioned with cable TV, washing machine, stove, fridge, internet and telephone. Runaway Bay, Dickinson bay, Sandals and other beach-side resorts are just a mile down the road. Buses to town do run on the main road, which is a short 5 minute walk from the house, but hiring a car is recommended. This house is located close to beaches and amenities and is ideal for a family on a budget.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Western Union
    If 3 or 4 guests stay, they will require an extra £100 per week charge.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
