The house is exquisitely furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles. From the spacious open-plan reception rooms, seven sets of french doors open onto the broad verandas that surround the house. The home sits in one and a half acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens with lawns, mature trees, and a breathtaking array of tropical plants.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Short walk to beautiful safe beach with pristine waters and charming bar/restaurant.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
