    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This room is located on the main floor with a locking door. It has 2 windows, of which 1 opens. It also has a hanging rail.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Also located on main floor, has 1 opening window and room for a cot.

    The view from the hot tub is that of the ski hill. The Hot Tub is on the deck just outside the living room. This very private unit has no one on three sides, and never a possibility of there ever being anyone.

    • Penticton Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. There is also an airport in Kelowna 1 1/2 hours away.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The Gunbarrel Bar and Dining room is famous for its 'Gunbarrel coffee'. There is also the 330 Grill and the Hogs Breath Coffee Shop which is open until the end of the ski day. All are a short walk away. Apex Village also has a little grocery store with liquor store, other restaurants, a lively bar, and other extras.
    • Nearby Attractions: There is a Tube Park, Skating Loop and a Hockey Rink.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
