Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Payment will only be accepted in CANADIAN DOLLARS no other currencies will be accepted.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10.00.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
