Chalet

Don't let the roof line fool you. This 2400+ s/f, 3 level chalet has a spacious open main living and kitchen area with a wood stove to cozy up to. The main bathroom and laundry are also located on this floor. The second level offers a loft with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and entertainment area that overlooks the living area. The third floor is a large bedroom with a queen bed, 4 bunk beds and a 2 piece bath. The chalet is set back amongst the trees offering privacy and plenty of outdoor space. It is an easy 2 to 3 minute walk to the ski trail down to the village and lifts.

The south facing deck at the side catches the sun! Spacious living room with large windows! The wood stove on the main floor provides ample heat. Large pine table seats eight  comfortably! 2nd floor loft, has foosball table and entertainment unit. Second floor bedroom, one queen bed.

The resort services include a small grocery and liquor store; fully equipped ski sales, rental, and clothing shop. There are three excellent on-mountain full service restaurants and the famous Gun Barrel Saloon. There is also a full sized ice skating rink (outdoor), a wilderness skating loop, a terrific cross country ski area nearby (about 10km up the road), and a tubing park. In addition, there is also a full service day care facility.
Lake is located within a 45 minute(s) drive. Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake are just a short drive away; approximately 35 minutes.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Please Note - the security deposit cheque will be cashed to ensure funds are available if any damage occurs. A cheque will be sent to you once the property has been inspected, less damage costs, if any.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
