Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

For ski team bookings: the cleaning fee is $50.00 & there is a $100.00 damage deposit due at the time of booking. Upon departure, if the condo requires more than the usual cleaning time of 2 hours then for every hour or portion of an hour cleaning time there will be $25.00 deducted from the damage deposit. If upon departure of the ski team, the state of the condo meets our satisfaction & no damage has been done, then the damage deposit will be returned.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
