Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 15 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $22 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
