Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Warm comforter and jersey knit sheets, side tables and lamps, creek stone fire place, 27" T.V.& VCR,CD& tuner, rug, radiant heat floor. Leather recliner, arm chair and foot stool. Large windows with blinds.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
View
The view from the living room,dining room and patio look south east toward the Quad ski lift and down over the Okanagan Valley to Mount Baldy in the distance. From the hot tub you look up the ski slope coming into the condo or down the slope toward the village. There is a tall grove of alpine fir trees to the right and ski chalets to the left. You can ski right up to the patio from the hill and down to the lift on a gentle trail from the doorstep.

• 30 min. from Penticton Airport and 100 min. from Kelowna airport
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 6 golf courses within an hours drive. Penticton, Skaha Meadows, and Twin Lakes are about a 30 min. drive. Summerland is about a 40 min. drive and St. Andrews by the Lake is about 45 min. In addition, there are 2 golf courses in Oliver, about an hours drive away and 2 golf courses in Osoyoos, a hour and a half away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is ski in, ski out. The village and ski lifts are only a 3-5 minute slide down a gentle trail from the condo doorstep. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The village is about a 10 minute walk down the ski trail or 2 min. drive down the road. It has two restaurants, a cafeteria, snack bars, a coffee shop, a small grocery store, a large ski shop, a games arcade and a great ski bar with live music and an awesome view of the mountain. Near the village is a regulation hockey rink and a 1.5 km. skating loop through the woods. • It is about a 30 minute drive to Okanagan or Skaha Lake beaches.
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
