Inviting and comfortable private family ski cabin and romantic ski retreat Are you looking for a warm and inviting cabin for a family get-away or romantic retreat at a great resort, where you can ski home for lunch? Here it is! Cabin is a comfortable, energy efficient home with 3 private bedrooms, full kitchen, warm cedar walls, wood burning fireplace/heater (we supply the wood - don't worry there's electric heat too), and a very inviting atmosphere - and lots of games and books to keep you amused after skiing. The cabin has been recently updated with new furniture, satellite TV, and CD/DVD, and we have free wireless internet access! |

More Information
Our cabin in an inviting and comfortable home away from home for a fabulous winter ski holiday or summer mountain retreat. We have ample private accommodation for 6 adults OR 2 families with their children under 16 (three large bedrooms, plus two extra beds). There is an exceptionally efficient wood burning stove / fireplace in the main living room and an ample supply of dry firewood. Electrical baseboards are also installed. There are also a selection of games, puzzles and books for guest use. The cabin is located on a very quiet cul de sac with approximately 20 other cabins on the street.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby. Twin Lakes (www.twinlakesgolf.com) is approximately 30 minutes by car. St. Andrews by the Lake (www.standrewsbythelake.com) 40 minutes, and several courses in Penticton, 35 minutes. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk or ski 2 min along Whitetail Road to Strayhorse Trail and then ski directly to the lifts. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The center of the resort is a 5 minute walk, by trail or a two minute car ride to the main parking lot. The resort services include a small grocery and liquor store; a fully equipped ski sales, rental and clothing shop; and a laundromat. There are three excellent on-mountain full service restaurants and the famous Gun Barrel Saloon. There is also a full sized ice skating rink, a wilderness skating loop, a terrific cross country ski area nearby (about 10 km up the road), and tubing bowl. Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit A 50% rent deposit is required in advance (required to complete the booking). The remainder is due 30 days in advance of the arrival date. A security/damage deposit of $500.00 (by cheque) is required. If you cancel prior to 30 days before your arrival, your rent deposit will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
