Our condo has been nicely decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. A short walk to the main village and right onto the ski trials from there. So central to everything that you simply park and enjoy! Come and enjoy Apex in the comfort of our vacation home.

• Approximately 35 minute drive to the ski hill from the Penticton Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Two courses, the Penticton Golf and Country and Twin Lakes Golf Course, are about 40 minutes away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk 5 minutes to/from ski run (bottom of the mountain).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 5 minute walk to village center and all facilities, including grocery store, liquor store, night club, pool, bar, restaurant and shops.
• Penticton Beaches are 30 minutes away. Penticton is a 30 min. drive from the Mountain. There, you will find many beaches with more sun and sand than you can handle!!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cheques can be sent directly to the owner.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
