There is a skating rink and also a skating loop through the trees. Both are cleared regularly by a zamboni.

• Approximately 40 minute drive to Penticton airport
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Penticton golf courses are approximately 20 kms down the mountain!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). This condo is ski in/ski out.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Just down the snowmobile track into the village for skating, dining or shopping!
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake are approximately 20 kilometres down the road, however there are several fishing lakes available for exploration, including Nickleplate Lake and Yellow Lake, just a few kilometres away! 20 kms down the mountain to Penticton's lovely sandy beaches on both Skaha Lake and Okanagan Lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
