Please be sure the door is closed to avoid any smoke from outside being sucked back into the condo. Back side of complex, very quiet.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
