If you like to be where the action is, this is a great location........ Balcony attached to unit for smoking or just to sit outside. Please be sure the door is closed to avoid any smoke from outside being sucked back into the condo. Back side of complex, very quiet.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 1:00PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
