• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 20 kms down the mountain to Penticton is where you'll find the closest golf courses.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can ski in & out from this complex!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is dining on the Hill at Apex Village at a few restaurants. For more shopping, it's approximately a 20 km drive to Penticton.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
