Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
