Rent payment is flexible and can be worked out with the Owner. A security deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
