• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Ski access to lifts and village. Condo is an easy ski out via "Strayhorse Trail", grab lunch or a well deserved beverage and still catch last runs.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk from the condo by the hockey rink to the village.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 25.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
