****This unit is a DEFINATE ski-in/ski-out location------it is only a "30 SECOND WALK" away from skiing, village center, shopping, Arcade, Trading Post, and Gov't Liquor Store, restaurants, and the Gunbarrel Saloon. If you like to be where the action is, this is a great location..... It has a small balcony for sitting outside in the sun, or smoking. Coin operated laundry room on main floor of complex. Extra towels and sheets are available in the unit. For the fireplace, bring your own firewood or firelogs, or purchase at the Trading Post just below the unit. The bar is located in the adjacent building. There is a BC Telus Mobility tower just outside at the mountain top and cell reception is great.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
