This ski in ski out unit has a rustic log cabin feel with all the modern amenities. The radiant in floor heating keeps you toes warm and the fire place gives a wonderful ambiance to the cozy cottage feel. Vaulted ceilings and large windows give way to nature's beauty. A spacious loft is a great play area for kids. The private hot tub on the patio is a great oasis after a day on the slopes. Apex ski mountain offers a full size outdoor lighted skating arena, a unique outdoor skating loop, and a tubing run for family entertainment.

    2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4), 1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1). Bunk beds are located in the spacious loft with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. Two queen beds are each nestled into an alcove, makes a great space for kids. The loft also includes a table and chairs for playing games, TV, VCR, rocking chair and ottoman and futon couch that folds into a bed. One bathroom is in the loft also.

    This unit backs onto a green belt with a creek running passed it. You can see the chair lifts going to the top of the mountain in the distance. From the hot tub you can watch the skiers come back at the end of the day or the kids tobogganing.

    Extra bedding, linens, towels are in the master bedroom wardrobe. In floor radiate heating will dry out your ski gear when hung on the peg rack and shelf the runs the full length of the front entrance. An assortment of games, books, videos, DVDs and puzzles are kept in the credenza by the fireplace and upstairs in the loft. The hot tub is equipped with an ozonator as well as a bromine dispenser. The water is maintained on a weekly basis. A test kit and instructions are in the unit for additional requirements.

    • Nearby Attractions: Entrance to Nickle Plate Lake is only a five minute drive away, followed by a 3 km direct road. Great fishing!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Security Deposits may be required upon owner's request.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
