Set in a quiet, sheltered position on the edge of St. Saturnin-les-Apt, which has local shops, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, this villa has its own grassy garden with cherry trees and views over the plain to the Luberon, and shares grounds with the owners. There is a south facing terrace at the front and a shady side terrace for dining or relaxing and the fenced swimming pool is edged with olive trees. The modern interior has been carefully decorated with attractive colours and fabrics and some lovely antique pieces. Surrounded by the Luberon Regional Park and its famous villages there is lots to visit, enjoy a trip to the unusual rock formations at the Colorado Provençal or a day out in the elegant town centre at Aix-en-Provence. Parking. Shared swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.9m to 2m - fenced) with Roman steps (occasionally used by the owners). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
