This charming traditional Périgordian farmhouse is situated on the edge of a small village and within a few minutes drive from Hautefort with its magnificent château, cafés, bars and restaurants. This is an ideal location for enjoying a quiet lazy holiday by the swimming pool, but is also very well situated for exploring all the attractions this area has on offer. Nearby Montignac offers riverside restaurants, weekly market, and famous prehistoric caves. The medieval town of Sarlat with its famous Saturday and Wednesday markets, quaint narrow streets and beautiful buildings is sure to captivate you. The area offers much for young families with prehistoric parks, huge caves, nature trails, aquariums, boat trips and lots of opportunities for canoeing. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
