Situated in the countryside, overlooking fields in a very quiet spot near the major towns of the Dordogne, this property adjoins the charming owners home. With a large private garden and swimming pool, it boasts a superb terrace, built in barbecue and even a pizza oven to bake bread. The interior has been completely restored, keeping the original stones, with a huge living/dining room opening onto the very well equipped lower level kitchen. There are lots of walks to enjoy along the River Dronne and in the rolling countryside, with a beach at Tocane and in Lisle nearby. Périgueux, for a day out shopping or browsing around the old streets, is just 20 minutes drive, and do not miss the local market at Montagrier. Visit the caves of Montignac, Les Eyzies or Rouffignac with many prehistoric sites. You can also go canoeing on the rivers all around as well as discovering a wealth of charming villages. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
