Our elevation gives good temperatures & trade winds compared to lower properties at sea level = less mosquitoes, traffic, noise & hussle & hassle. Parking is no problem as we have plenty of space and it is all off street & absolutely FREE.
Large separate bedroom w FULL closet, comfortable queen mattress, matching headboard, dresser & end tables. Roomy hall between bedroom & bath has the kitchenette which connects w the separate full bathroom & large living room w local style sofa, chairs & entertainment center.
Bathroom has both shower & tub. Kitchenette has a full steel sink, dishes, all utensils provided even a rice cooker, coffee grinder (for Kona Coffee!) & blender.
On the lanai (which spans the whole width of the flat itself) is a full pilotless stove w oven, FULL sized FROSTLESS refrigerator w freezer, & toaster.
The outside lanai is massive, all enclosed (latticed) that covers the whole front which gives a neat private & peaceful hide-a-way. 2 tables & a futon sofa are also on the lanai. Grass & yard are right out your door.
Roll a way bed by request, subject to availability.
We are just 5 mins. To town (and IronMan), 10 minutes to some of the best beaches, 10 minutes to Wal-Mart and Costco, 15 minutes to the airport, remote enough but not too distant from world class restaurants, local eateries, all the "town attractions".
One week stay is 5% off the nightly rate
Two week stays are 10% off the nightly rate
Three week or longer stays are 15% off the nightly rate.
A 25$ surcharge will be added to all bookings of only ONE night. This fee will be added by the Owner Direct staff after your request has been submitted. All bookings of 2 nights or over will be omitted of this fee.
