Pleasant farmhouse made up of two apartments set inside a large and extremely well tended garden (approx. 10,000 m2), set on the top of a hill to the south of Arezzo. Particularly interesting geographic position for visiting Tuscany and the nearby Umbria region. The house is characterised, not only by its beautiful lawn with olive trees, but by a spectacular view over the valley and the city of Arezzo. Barbecue. Separate room with washing machine (cost and use to be agreed on with the owner). Peaceful position. Parking. It is possible to go for pleasant walks. The house is accessed by a mainly uphill road which winds its way up the hill (the last 500 m are a dirt track in good condition). ACCOMMODATION: (approx. 120 m2) Gr.fl. mezzanine: spacious living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access to a lovely loggia where there is a very old wood burning oven, kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. It is possible to have a 7th portable foldout bed. A reserved portion of the lawn with table for outdoor dining is situated in front of the house. Telephone.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
