Completely restored, unique mill (75 m2) which has been transformed into a cosy holiday home in the green hills of the Casentino area. Views of the woods. Absolute peace and quiet. The lodging is characterised by a small dam (abt. 40 m2) (1/6-30/9) very close to the house, with a continuous change of its stream-water and which was originally used to make the millwheels turn. The mill is surrounded by extensive and equipped grassy areas. Access along 200 m of steep dirt track road. DISTANCES: 2 km food shops, 7 km Ponte a Poppi (various shops), 45 km Arezzo, 48 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: 1 double bedroom. 1st.fl.: loggia (15 m2), living/dining room (satellite TV, video with English and German video cassettes, hi-fi) with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, (no bidet). Very practical and reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone. Continuous hot water production. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
