Extensive, well-equipped and totally enclosed grounds (abt. 2 ha.), swimming pool (10x5), large barbecue, wood burning oven and small equipped built-in gazebo (freezer). Covered parking. 1-car garage (washing machine). Beautiful walks. 4 mountain bikes are available.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: living/dining room with fireplace and access to a large, equipped, covered terrace, kitchenette (oven), 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower (no bidet). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 8.5 km Loro Ciuffenna (various shops), 30 km Arezzo, abt. 55 km south east of Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
