Ancient and characteristic stone-built farmhouse (220 m2) that has been restored in keeping with its original structure. It is situated in a beautiful, peaceful and panoramic position (680 m a.s.l.) over the Tiber valley. The house is surrounded by abt. 5 ha of grounds which are both equipped and enclosed and there is a sunken swimming pool (4.5x9) and barbecue. Access to the house along approx. 3 km of dirt track road in fairly good condition. Parking. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance, 1 double bedroom with access to the garden, 1 three bedded room with access to the garden, 1 bathroom with bath, laundry room (washing machine). Not linked from the inside of the house but with private entrance from the garden: entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (access from inside by a staircase or from the outside): living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with dining table (seats 6), 1 bedroom with small double bed (120 cm), 1 double bedroom with small study with fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 4 km food shop, 13 km Anghiari, 25 km Sansepolcro, 20 km Arezzo.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
