Ancient farmhouse (120 m2) which has recently been restored and is next to the manor house where the owners occasionally reside. Ideal location for relaxing walks and excursions to the many cities of art and monasteries that are dotted around the area. Isolated and peaceful position, panoramic views over the surrounding valleys and woods. Spacious and equipped garden (500 m2) for the exclusive use of by the guests. Swimming pool (5x12, 1.20 - 1.90 m deep) (1/6-11/9) that is shared with the owners. Access along 1.8 km of dirt track road which is not in very good condition. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with overhead gallery with two single beds, kitchen/dining room (oven) with access onto a small equipped terrrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. Simply but comfortably furnished. On the gr. fl. there is a cellar but this is not for use of by the guests. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: Approx. 9 km Pieve S. Stefano (food shops), 15 km San Sepolcro (various shops), 40 km Arezzo.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
