Beautiful renaissance villa situated in the Tuscan countryside near the city of Arezzo, situated on a gentle hills from where you can enjoy a splendid view of the vineyards, secular olive trees and ancient parishes. Villa dei Ruscelli is built on the ruins of a roman tower, between the ancient Romanesque parish church of San Polo and the 16th century sanctuary of the Madonna del Giuncheto, which is only a few hundred meters away. The villa underwent meticulous restoration work, which was carried out by the present owners and lasted a few years and was finally complete in 2001, restoring its ancient charm and splendor. DISTANCES: 3 km Arezzo, approx. 30 km Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, 75 km Florence and Siena.

OUTDOORS: Beautiful garden with small park, swimming pool (14x6) (8/5-2/10) equipped with a water heating system, large suntrap terrace, car park.SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Midweekly linen change (including towels for the swimming pool), daily cleaning of the house and preparation of meals (the staff will be present every day, except Thursday, for 9 hours/day - meal times: 8.30-10 a.m., 12-1.30 p.m., 7-8.30 p.m. - at meals chianti red wine, white wine and local olive oil is served).ON REQUEST AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Domestic help (extra hours, also possible on Thursday), food shopping and small services in the Arezzo area, transport to and from the Rome and Florence airport, car rental with/without driver, bodyguard, baby-sitter, cooking lessons, receptions, tours of the cellars, shopping in Florence.EXTRA TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT: Heating, electricity, gas (hot water supply and water for the swimming pool).CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Arrivals must take place between 4.00 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., departures between 8.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.LOCATION: 3 km Arezzo, approx. 30 km Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, 75 km Florence and Siena.NOTE: The back of the villa, once used as storage rooms, is now inhabited by the gardener who looks after the garden and the swimming pool and has a secondary access from a small road. The service staff live in one of the bedrooms on the 1st floor.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
