Beautiful country villa situated on the top of a hill from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding hills. The villa is made up of only 2 apartments: the owner's apartment and the "Anastasio" apartment on the ground floor. Beautiful panoramic view. Peaceful position. The apartment has its own equipped garden situated in front of the living room and a private garage for only one car. It is possible to go for nice walks. It is possible to rent the accommodation also for 2 sleeping spaces under the name ANASTASIO 2. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace (TV) and double sofa bed, kitchen (electric oven, wood-burning pizza oven), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 8 km south west of Arezzo (the city of gold), 29 km Cortona (the most important small city in the Chiana valley), 36km from Lake Trasimeno. 100 km the airport of Florence. Florence and Siena can be reached in about half an hour by car.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
