From May 17 to September 26 only weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
The gas consumed for heating (not for the kitchen) is not included in the price.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). On the first floor you can find: 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Single heating with counter, bedding, towels and tablecloths are provided in every apartment.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). On ground floor: 1 living room with fireplace, TV sat, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for 4, washing-machine.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

Facilities on site: Baby cot available on request. Equipped with single heating with counter. Internet connection on the property. Well-tended garden (25000 mq): 2 covered gazebos, private places with tables, chairs and sunshade. Unit has its own outside sitting area. Large ecological swimming pool (15m x 7m). External shower. Barbeque in the garden. Mountain-bikes included in the price. Ping-pong. Mini volley. Room for meetings, cultural events, banquets (optional catering service). On request information about excursions (nature-culture and shopping). Gastronomy: we have an agreement with the most ancient and typical restaurants of Sansepolcro, the ”Fiorentino” and the “Borghetto”, that give a 10% discount to our guests.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Cancellation Fees: 30% from the date of confirmation, up 30 days prior to rental commencement period. 50% from 20 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
