Ancient farm hamlet situated in a splendid and panoramic hillside position, at the foot of the Chianti slopes that lead down towards the Arno valley. The recent and very attentive restoration work has given life back to the two groups that make up the hamlet: the one farther down in the valley is where you will find the recepetion, 18 apartments located in the various farmhouses, the swimming pool (25x12.5) (1/5-15/10) and the breakfast room; the one higher up also made up of different farmhouses is where 11 apartments have been created along with the second swimming pool (6X12) (1/05-15/10). The apartments have been well furnished and are equipped with all the modern comforts, among which a telephone (incoming calls only while the reception is open) and satellite TV. A restaurant which is open every evening as well as on Sunday for lunch (lunch to be requested on weekdays, closed Monday) is at the guests' disposal. The restaurant serves typical tuscan dishes which have been readapted to a modern style, using fresh, genuine ingredients and are enriched by the creativeness of the chef and a list of quality wines. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
