Shared, equipped area with pergola (built-in barbecue) suitable for outdoor dining with indirect access and swimming pool (13x7) that is shared. Shared washing machine. Parking along the street. DISTANCES: 10 km Ambra (various shops), 27 km Siena, 42 km Arezzo.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st. fl.: spacious living/dining room with fireplace, oven and double divan bed, kitchen/dining room (dishwasher), hall area, 1 double bedroom, 1 small twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Simple style furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
