Apartment (95 m2) in a typical 17th century farmhouse, which has been tastefully renovated in a way that has preserved its architectural characteristics and has utilised materials from that period. Positioned on a hillside (500 m a.s.l.) between Tuscany and Umbria, the house is immersed in a 15-ha property of oak trees, meadows and olive groves with pathways that pass through the greenery. Relaxing broad view of the valley and the surrounding woods. Absolute peace and quiet. A large terraced lawn surrounds the house with an equipped area reserved for the guests (barbecue). Access to the house along 900 m of dirt track road through the woods. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room with double divan bed, dining room, kitchenette (oven, freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower accessible from the living room. Comfortable furniture with period pieces. The owners, who occasionally live in the other apartment, can organise upon request training for couples based on Zen therapy and meditation. This accommodation is not advised for families with children younger than 7 years old. Central heating.
LOCATION: 4 km from food shops and horse riding, 19 km Cortona, 25 km Città di Castello, 33 km Lake Trasimeno, 45 km Arezzo, 50 km Gubbio.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
